The robot can be used to remove tumors, including prostate cancer, correct congenital anomalies, and remove kidney cysts.
- Open approach. This approach is used relatively rarely when a wide field of vision is required. Main indications include complex ureteroplasty, removal of traumatic injuries, and large tumors. Post-procedure rehabilitation is usually required, which patients can undergo at our clinic.
Modern equipment and minimally invasive techniques allow doctors to more frequently use epidural anesthesia, which has significantly less impact on the heart, kidneys, and liver than general anesthesia, which is especially important for the elderly.
