Preparation for the procedure

Before coming for laser tattoo removal, you need to make sure there are no contraindications. The procedure also requires simple preparation:

2 weeks before the procedure, it is recommended to avoid sunbathing and visiting the solarium.
3-4 days before the session you should refrain from drinking alcohol.
Remove hair in the tattoo removal area.
For 3 days, avoid taking oral contraceptives, sulfa drugs, antibiotics.

On the eve of the procedure, it is important to make sure that there are no wounds, scratches, pustules, herpes or other rashes on the skin.

Skin care after the procedure

Immediately after the session, the tattoo pigment lightens, then darkens. Over the course of 6-8 weeks, the broken down dye particles are removed from the tissues.

During the course of tattoo removal, swelling and slight redness of the skin may appear. Sensitivity in areas affected by the laser also increases. The treated area heals within 1.5-2 weeks.

Do not wet the laser treated area for at least 24 hours.

Regularly treat the tattoo area with an aqueous solution of chlorhexidine.
Apply moisturizer to soften the skin 3-4 times a day.
Do not scrub the skin for 3-5 days.

What colors of tattoos can be removed with a laser?
