Porphyria

Porphyria has clinical symptoms similar to pellagra. The difference is more pronounced scarring after blisters. The most common variant of this disease is porphyria cutanea tarda. As a rule, the patient experiences severe itching and burning. The development of this type of photodermatosis is promoted by hepatitis or cirrhosis of the liver, HIV infection. Chronic actinic dermatitis
