In difficult cases (for example, when deep caries or pulpitis is detected), the specialist removes the nerve and then fills the tooth. If the chewing element is completely lost, it can be removed and an artificial root implanted. After treatment, professional teeth cleaning is performed.

- Dissection. It is assumed that a thin layer of enamel will be removed to match the thickness of the crown
- Taking an impression and installing a temporary prosthesis. First, a 3D scan of the tooth is performed. Then the data is processed in a CAD/CAM program and the crown is modeled. Next, a temporary protective crown is installed on the tooth
- Production of crowns from zirconium dioxide. The creation of a crown from a zirconium dioxide block is carried out on a milling machine
If necessary, the prosthesis is subsequently adjusted. It is then fixed with dental cement.
