Sick leave certificates

If you need to take sick leave, please notify your doctor.

Chambers K+31

  • Functional medical beds with adjustable headrest angles.
  • Nursing call buttons.

  • Meal utensils.
  • Storage system with individual safes.
  • Three sizes of towels (small, medium, and large).
  • Clothing set (robe and slippers).
  • Hygiene kit (shower gel, disposable washcloth, body lotion, hair conditioner and shampoo, disposable shower cap and comb, oral hygiene kit).

Visiting patients

Visiting is possible daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Outerwear must be left in the cloakroom on the first floor. A relative may stay in the ward 24/7 in a single room or a luxury room and must be discussed in advance.

If necessary, individual care can be arranged and a 24-hour nurse or relative can be placed with the patient. Personal security is also available.

Accommodation

If necessary, individual care can be arranged and a specialized nurse (24/7) or a relative who has undergone tests in advance can be placed with the patient. A private post with a nurse can also be arranged.

Nutrition

All patients are provided with therapeutic dietary meals four times a day, according to the recommendations of their attending physician. Individualized meals can be arranged, taking into account the patient's wishes and preferences, as well as the recommendations of their attending physician.

Discharge from hospital

The patient will be discharged before 12:00 PM. The hospital administrator will provide an invoice (a reconciliation report for services rendered) at the time of discharge, and the attending physician will prepare the patient's discharge summary.

Obtaining a tax deduction

The tax deduction can be received directly by the patient (whether employed or with an official source of income), as well as by the patient's parents, children, and spouse.

Documents required to receive a tax deduction

  • Application indicating the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) (except for military personnel).
  • Agreement with the clinic.
  • Appendix to the agreement.

  • Submit an application
  • Contact the administrator at the main reception on the 1st floor of the clinic.
  • Submit an application through your personal account in the K+31 mobile app.

Preparation time

Documents are usually processed within 30 days. You can inquire about the readiness of your certificate by calling: +7 (800) 777-31-31.

The patient is given a package of documents consisting of the certificate, a copy of the written contract with the clinic for treatment, and copies of the licenses.

  • - It is advisable to bring previous medical documentation: discharge summaries, test results (laboratory tests, ECG, images, disks), performed at other medical facilities.

The remote control layout is schematic. The button layout may vary depending on the model.

  • To navigate between SberBox Max screens, scroll through selections, and select content, use the navigation keys around the OK button on the remote.
  • To open a card on the screen, select it and press OK on the remote.
  • To return to the previous screen, press the OK button.
  • To quickly return to the home screen from anywhere, press the home button.
  • To talk to the assistant, press and release the assistant button on the remote, then ask a question or ask the assistant for help. You don't need to hold the button.

Do not place the remote control more than 10 meters away from the smart media center: if the remote control is too far away, the signal will fade and be difficult to recognize. The signal also has trouble passing through walls and other obstacles—it's best to have the TV and media center within direct line of sight of the remote.

If the smart media center stops responding to the remote, try reconnecting it.

Setting a New Code

  • Press the red button ("X" - see picture) located on the inside of the safe door. You will hear one beep, and the yellow indicator ("PROCEED") will light.
  • Enter the new code (3-8 digits) and confirm it by pressing the "B" button once.
  • Check the new code:
    • With the safe door open, turn the handle counterclockwise (the safe is in the "closed" position).
    • Enter your password and confirm it by pressing the "A" button once.
    • The yellow indicator ("READY") lights up and you hear a beep (the safe is open). Turn the safe handle clockwise within 5 seconds.
  • If the code is entered incorrectly three times in a row, the safe will be locked for 20 seconds. If the incorrect combination is entered three more times in a row, the safe will be locked for 5 minutes.
