IVF according to CHI

The K+31 clinic in Moscow provides infertility treatment and free in vitro fertilization (IVF) under the Compulsory Medical Insurance (CMI) program.

All IVF programs are preceded by a thorough examination and preparation of the couple for conception. In case of diagnosing serious diseases, the doctor prescribes the necessary treatment, the passage of which increases the chances of success in in vitro fertilization.

IVF according to CHI
About the service

Every citizen of the Russian Federation has the right to undergo infertility treatment free of charge. Our clinic is included in the register of medical institutions - participants of the territorial CHI program, and it provides free infertility treatment, IVF under the CHI program, and not only for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region, but also for patients from other regions of Russia.

How to get free help with infertility using the IVF method according to compulsory health insurance?

You need to consult a reproductive specialist to confirm the diagnosis of infertility and determination of indications for the use of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) by IVF. After the consultation, the doctor will provide a list of examinations required for entry into the ART program (the list was approved by order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 803n dated July 31, 2020, Appendix No. 4).

At the antenatal clinic at the place of residence (stay), register for infertility and receive referral of your attending physician for a quota. At this stage, you can inform the doctor about desire to undergo this treatment at the K + 31 Petrovsky Gates clinic, as a licensed to provide medical care using ART.

With the received quota and the results of the examination, contact the clinic K + 31 Petrovsky Gates. Beforehand, you can send documents to the email address: vrt@petrovkamed.ru

Recommended list of documents for the IVF program for OMS:

  • Copy of CHI policy
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of the referral for IVF by the DZ Commission
  • Copy of SNILS
  • Copy of outpatient card statement

Remember that after receiving a referral for IVF, you cannot change your passport, policy and insurance company, otherwise the referral will become invalid.

The service can be obtained at the K + 31 Petrovsky Gates clinic at the address Moscow, 1st Kolobovsky per., 4.

Having collected all the necessary documents for the treatment of infertility and IVF at the expense of compulsory medical insurance, you will be able to go through one of the most delicate procedures in the comfort of one of the best private clinics in Moscow.

The high-tech equipment of our laboratory allows us to create conditions for the highest possible sterility, which also positively affects the results of the IVF procedure for compulsory medical insurance - the percentage of successful cycles in our clinic reaches 62%, which is one of the highest rates.

What to do if the allocated quotas in the current calendar year in the selected health facility are over?

In this case, there are two options: either choose another facility, or plan to implement IVF under CHI in our center in the next calendar year.

The list, which includes diagnoses that give the right to IVF under compulsory medical insurance, is indicated in the Order of the Ministry of Health Russian Federation N803n dated 07/31/2020. These include female infertility of uterine origin, tubal, or cervical, infertility associated with a male factor or lack of ovulation, as well as other forms of infertility.

Under compulsory medical insurance, you can get a referral to the basic IVF program and to the transfer of thawed embryos (cryoprotocol). There are contraindications for both directions. For example, conditions that require surgery or that prevent pregnancy, acute inflammation, etc.

Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis

Tests that a woman needs to pass before IVF according to compulsory medical insurance:

  • Blood type test
  • Clinical and biochemical blood tests
  • Blood test for hormones (AMH, FSH, LH, etc.)
  • Blood tests for HIV, syphilis, hepatitis
  • Urine analysis
  • Smear on flora

The basic IVF program for CHI includes: initial appointment with a reproductologist, ovarian stimulation, folliculogenesis control using ultrasound, follicle puncture, endometrial growth assessment, oocyte fertilization (IVF, ICSI), cultivation embryos, embryo freezing, embryo transfer.

The CMI cryoprotocol includes defrosting of embryos, their preparation and transfer of embryos into the uterine cavity. No more than two embryos are transferred at a time, and in the presence of a burdened history - no more than one. In order to prevent complications, no more than two IVF attempts per year are possible.

After the transfer of the embryos, the IVF program for compulsory medical insurance ends. All analyzes, examinations and consultations before joining to the program and after embryo transfer, including pregnancy diagnostics, are paid separately.
