Sometimes in life there are moments you don't want to remember, perhaps primarily those related to health issues or injuries... But despite everything that has happened to me, this memory will stay with me forever, primarily thanks to the people who were by my side... Late evening on December 11, 2025, only hours left before my long-awaited vacation. The final preparations, document checks, and I remember I've forgotten the PIN for my international bank card. And then I'm at the bank's entrance, a few steps up the stairs, stumbling, a hellish pain in my groin, accompanied by a wild scream, a slight dizziness, and I freeze on the porch, realizing I can't take another step... I instantly decide to go to the emergency room at K+31 on Lobachevsky. Gritting my teeth against the pain, I reach the emergency room. I was met by the on-call traumatologist and orthopedist, Tembolat Olegovich Baimatov. I underwent an examination, a CT scan, and the diagnosis was a displaced fracture of the left femoral neck, requiring urgent surgery. I was prepared for emergency hospitalization, surrounded by the most attentive and caring medical staff. What immediately surprised me was that the girls in the emergency room contacted a taxi company and arranged for the return of my phone, which I had forgotten in the taxi on the way to K+31. I'm already in the ward, and literally a few minutes later they hook me up to an IV to ease my pain. Early in the morning, my attending physician, Alan Vasilyevich Shadyan, enters the room. He briefly and clearly explains the treatment plan, outlines all the risks, and confidently declares, "We will do everything we've been taught and can do to preserve your joint." An hour later, the room is bustling with activity as they begin preparing me for surgery. All the necessary doctors arrive, and all the tests and examinations are performed right there in the room to minimize my discomfort, as every movement causes incredible pain. Around 11:00 a.m., the head of the traumatology and orthopedics department, Rami Dzhamalevich Borghut, and Dr. Shadyan arrive. They brief me on the results of the medical consultation, the surgical plan, the wait for a German device to reassemble my joint, and the backup plan should any complications arise during the surgery. At 1:00 PM, they took me into the operating room. A catheter was inserted, a little joke was told to lighten the mood, a mask was inserted, and anesthesia was administered. Around 6:00 PM, I realized I was already in my room. My saviors were by my side – the doctors who saved my natural joint! Then came seven days in the hospital, with constant care, attention, and kindness. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the K+31 Clinic on Lobachevsky Street, with whom I interacted during my hospitalization: attending physician Alan Vasilyevich Shadyan, head of the department Rami Dzhamalevich Borghut, general practitioner Leyla Aleksandrovna Novikova, intensive care specialist Dmitry Igorevich Gaevsky, the on-duty doctors, nurses and nurses who provide medical support to patients every minute with incredible kindness, surgical nurses, rehabilitation and exercise therapy instructors, kitchen staff and orderlies. I express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the head of the trauma department Borghut Rami Dzhamalevich, the attending physician Seitalin Iskander Altynbekovich and the entire operating team for the precision operation and friendly attitude. I was admitted with a complex diagnosis: Closed comminuted fracture of the radius with displacement of fragments. The next day I was operated on, and discharged after 2 days. At the moment, I do not feel any discomfort, only a small elegant suture on my arm reminds me. THANK YOU!!!

Bad luck. Last year I broke my shoulder. Consolidated fracture of the surgical neck and greater tubercle of the left humerus. It was recommended to do an operation with the installation of a metal plate (minimally invasive osteosynthesis). This is anesthesia, oh horror-horror! Having visited several popular clinics, receiving vague answers, I finally came to K+31. This time I was lucky - Seitalin Iskander Altynbekovich conducted an attentive, calm and polite appointment, after which there were no questions or doubts left in the choice of the operating doctor and his team. (For comparison, EMC offered to make a separate appointment and come to each specialist at different times and days before the operation) Here I did not have to go anywhere else, I was hospitalized on the same day, a separate ward, preoperative preparation like clockwork, including consultations with other specialists - surgery in the morning. It was not immediately possible to find the consequences of the impacted fracture on the control image after the operation. After discharge, the doctor was always in touch, consultations and recommendations, including the use of special plasters for scars, which, frankly, were cosmetic anyway. The work was done without exaggeration - with precision. I completely restored shoulder mobility. I am one of those patients who, if possible, do not leave metal in the body as a keepsake and after a few months decided to remove the titanium plate, although there were no indications for removal. Again, I contacted K + 31. Again, impeccable and well-coordinated work of the K + 31 team and, of course, the light hand of the doctor from God Iskander Altynbekovich and high professionalism in everything. The next day after the operation, I did not even take painkillers. With all my heart, I express endless gratitude to: Head of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics Borghut Rami Dzhamalevich, Operating doctor, traumatologist-orthopedist Seitalin Iskander Altynbekovich and the entire K + 31 team!

I would like to sincerely thank Rami Dzhamalevich for his high-class professionalism, which in our case prevented my mother's disability. We turned to the K + 31 clinic on an emergency basis after the careless work of a traumatologist near Moscow, and Rami Dzhamalevich was able to get an objective picture and offer a solution in a very short time. He performed a complex operation, and although it was done urgently, the necessary implants were found instantly. The patient was also greatly helped by the constant attention of the doctor and care during the postoperative period, this restored the spirit of the whole family, which, of course, was under stress after the accident.
