Sometimes in life there are moments you don't want to remember, perhaps primarily those related to health issues or injuries... But despite everything that has happened to me, this memory will stay with me forever, primarily thanks to the people who were by my side... Late evening on December 11, 2025, only hours left before my long-awaited vacation. The final preparations, document checks, and I remember I've forgotten the PIN for my international bank card. And then I'm at the bank's entrance, a few steps up the stairs, stumbling, a hellish pain in my groin, accompanied by a wild scream, a slight dizziness, and I freeze on the porch, realizing I can't take another step... I instantly decide to go to the emergency room at K+31 on Lobachevsky. Gritting my teeth against the pain, I reach the emergency room. I was met by the on-call traumatologist and orthopedist, Tembolat Olegovich Baimatov. I underwent an examination, a CT scan, and the diagnosis was a displaced fracture of the left femoral neck, requiring urgent surgery. I was prepared for emergency hospitalization, surrounded by the most attentive and caring medical staff. What immediately surprised me was that the girls in the emergency room contacted a taxi company and arranged for the return of my phone, which I had forgotten in the taxi on the way to K+31. I'm already in the ward, and literally a few minutes later they hook me up to an IV to ease my pain. Early in the morning, my attending physician, Alan Vasilyevich Shadyan, enters the room. He briefly and clearly explains the treatment plan, outlines all the risks, and confidently declares, "We will do everything we've been taught and can do to preserve your joint." An hour later, the room is bustling with activity as they begin preparing me for surgery. All the necessary doctors arrive, and all the tests and examinations are performed right there in the room to minimize my discomfort, as every movement causes incredible pain. Around 11:00 a.m., the head of the traumatology and orthopedics department, Rami Dzhamalevich Borghut, and Dr. Shadyan arrive. They brief me on the results of the medical consultation, the surgical plan, the wait for a German device to reassemble my joint, and the backup plan should any complications arise during the surgery. At 1:00 PM, they took me into the operating room. A catheter was inserted, a little joke was told to lighten the mood, a mask was inserted, and anesthesia was administered. Around 6:00 PM, I realized I was already in my room. My saviors were by my side – the doctors who saved my natural joint! Then came seven days in the hospital, with constant care, attention, and kindness. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the K+31 Clinic on Lobachevsky Street, with whom I interacted during my hospitalization: attending physician Alan Vasilyevich Shadyan, head of the department Rami Dzhamalevich Borghut, general practitioner Leyla Aleksandrovna Novikova, intensive care specialist Dmitry Igorevich Gaevsky, the on-duty doctors, nurses and nurses who provide medical support to patients every minute with incredible kindness, surgical nurses, rehabilitation and exercise therapy instructors, kitchen staff and orderlies. Thank you so much for your tremendous work, your professionalism, your dedication and service to others.

In early December, I had an operation to remove ovarian cysts. I want to express my gratitude to my wonderful doctors - Laura Magomedovna Kappusheva, Zara Salmanovna Ozdoeva, Zarema Almanovna Ibragimova, the anesthesiologist-resuscitator Dmiry Igorevich Gaevsky and all the medical staff of the clinic for their professionalism and friendly attitude towards patients. I was also pleasantly surprised when the manager Olga contacted me 2 weeks before the operation, reminded me about the tests and answered my questions. I was very scared, but everything went well and I recovered quickly. Thanks a lot again! There are excellent doctors, good equipment and human attitude! I don't have any negative memories of being treated at K+31.
