How to sign up for an operation under the compulsory medical insurance policy?
- A patient or a doctor from another city contacts the K+31 medical center. The clinic's specialists analyze the study received electronically, requesting additional information if necessary, and make a decision on whether to perform the surgery within a few working days.
- If the clinic can perform the surgery within the framework of the compulsory medical insurance, the patient is sent a list of documents and examinations required for hospitalization. The patient must receive a referral required for hospitalization at the clinic in his region at a state polyclinic.
- Then the date of the surgery is determined, by which all the requested documents must be prepared, after which the patient arrives for the surgery on the appointed day.
Important! You cannot come to K+31 for an appointment under the compulsory medical insurance policy, as in a state polyclinic - you can only agree to conduct an operation under the compulsory medical insurance policy, subject to the following conditions:
- The patient has a regional policy (that is, any region, except for the exception regions: Moscow, Moscow region, Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson region, Zaporizhia region)
- There is a referral from the region to which the policy is linked
- There is a list of required preoperative examinations
- Russian passport
- Compulsory medical insurance policy
- SNILS
- Referral for surgery from state polyclinic in your region
- Necessary examinations
