Laboratory tests required to provide free medical care to a patient include: complete blood count, biochemistry profile, blood tests for HIV, RW, HBS, HCV, complete urine analysis, coagulation profile, ECG, and PCR (can be performed at our clinic). High-tech medical care (HTMC), which includes the use of complex and resource-intensive treatment methods, is provided under the compulsory medical insurance program if the patient has oncological diseases and conditions included in Resolution No. 2505 of December 28, 2021, "On the Program of State Guarantees for Free Medical Care to Citizens for 2022 and for the Planning Period of 2023 and 2024." The types of HTMC are listed in Order No. 824N of the Russian Ministry of Health dated October 2, 2019, "On Approval of the Procedure for Organizing the Provision of High-Tech Medical Care using the Unified State Information System in Healthcare." To provide high-tech medical care, the same steps are taken as for compulsory medical insurance—that is, the attending physician of the medical organization where the patient is being treated, if there are medical indications, must prepare a referral, certified by him or her and the director of the medical organization. Then, the documents must be collected and sent to the target medical center.

Within the framework of the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation” dated November 21, 2011 N 323-FZ, the medical centers of the K+31 clinic provide medical care at the expense of compulsory health insurance
