Quantitative analysis for IgG to COVID-19
Test for the quantitative determination of IgG antibodies to SARS-CoV-2.
This is a new kit for determining the past infection and assessing the dynamics of the immune response after vaccine prophylaxis. The calibrators included in the kit are certified according to the First International Standard of the WHO (World Health Organization).
The concentration of antibodies is determined in international units BAU / ml. A set of reagents was obtained by Russian organizations for the first time for quantitative determination.
Serum or blood plasma is examined.
The analysis can be taken at the clinic or at home.
Preparation:
- No special training is required.
- It is carried out on an empty stomach or not earlier than 4 hours after an abundant meal.
- It is permissible to drink pure non-mineral and non-carbonated water, but tea, coffee, etc. - not.
