2. Visit to the clinic K + 31 during the period of admission

From April 15, 2020, all citizens must travel with a digital pass to travel around Moscow and the Moscow Region on personal, business, and public transport.

❗️Visiting medical centers is not limited, however, a pass is also required before arrival. A pass for a single movement to a medical organization is issued for one calendar day.

Moscow residents can apply for a free digital pass in three ways:
  • Online at mos.ru.
  • Through a unified reference service of the Government of Moscow at the number: +7 (495) 777-77-77.
  • Using SMS to the number 7377. In SMS, you must specify the target code and information necessary for obtaining a digital pass.
To obtain a pass to a medical organization:
Pass * target code * passport type (code) * passport series * passport number * date of birth (through the point) * vehicle number (if used) * Troika card number (if any) * Strelka card number (if any) ) * short name of the medical organization.

Three goal codes are available:
  • For working.
  • To visit a medical organization.
  • For other purposes.
Document Codes:
  • Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
  • Foreign passport.
  • Another document.
The pass must be saved on the phone or printed out and taken with you to move around the city. You also need to have an identity document with you.
