My grandfather was treated by Alexey Olegovich in a serious condition, against the background of diabetic foot. Gangrene against the background of ischemia of the vessels of the lower limb, multiple infected wounds, a practically "dead" leg. Before that - a month in the hospital, a state of intoxication, high sugar levels. Grandfather was urgently brought from another country, where we were not given a single chance to save his leg from high amputation, and in his condition, this meant very little chance of life in the near future. Moreover, after reading our story, in Moscow, in a leading federal clinic with a loud name, they said that the chances were zero. But by the will of fate, we found a team of wonderful doctors who are trying to do the impossible and save the limb where, it would seem, there is no chance! First, a vascular surgeon performed an operation to restore blood flow, and Alexey Olegovich, who was with us all the months until the wounds were completely healed, began to treat the wounds. Day after day, monitoring all the processes, and also supporting us morally! Our grandfather was left with a leg, Alexey Olegovich removed only the toe, and after 4 months he began to walk on his own feet!
