K + 31 specialists took part in the International Conference dedicated to the treatment of uroandrological diseases

In St. Petersburg, under the auspices of the World Organization “Men's Health”, the 9th International Conference was held on the surgical and therapeutic aspects of the treatment of uroandrological diseases. The conference was attended by more than 1000 urologists and andrologists from Russia, the CIS, Austria and Germany.

The conference addressed the following issues:

treatment of testosterone deficiency;
age-related aspects of sexual function;
features of endoscopic transurethral surgery in men of various ages;
new technologies in the treatment of diseases of the prostate and urethra (urethra);
features of the treatment of urolithiasis and current trends in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Academician of RAMS, professor of Moscow State University, leading urologist of the K + 31 Medical Center, Chairman of the Russian Society “Men's Health”, A.A. Kamalov noted the high value of such meetings, as they help to systematize numerous techniques and propose the most effective tactics and techniques of operations. Professor A.A.Kamalov demonstrated the possibilities of transurethral operations for large-sized prostate adenoma (monopolar TUR, bipolar TUR, plasmokinetic vaporization, etc.) using the latest modern techniques, emphasizing their features and advantages.

Leading urologist K + 31, Ph.D. Lysenok A.A. and chief urologist of the hospital K + 31, Ph.D. I.E. Kostin presented original techniques for the treatment of urolithiasis in men and the tactics developed by them for drainage-free endoscopic treatment of urethra narrowings (sticks). According to the results presented, these methods can not only reduce the rehabilitation and stay of men in the hospital to 1-2 days, but also quickly restore sexual function.

Practical experience in applying the above methods is more than 3 years. The final results allow you to confidently use the developed aspects for the effective treatment of urological diseases and offer these methodological principles as an effective rapid treatment for those men whose free time is limited.
