Analyzes - in the mail from K + 31
Analyzes are sent when data is available. However, some types of studies require the confirmation of a doctor, therefore, when collecting material, we recommend that you discuss with a specialist in advance the possibility of obtaining electronic data.
If you notice that the analysis did not come:
- check the spam folder
- some mail spam filters are configured excessively strictly, and therefore the letter may not even arrive in the spam folder
- perhaps you did not indicate your contact email when you first visited the clinic or it was not recorded correctly
We care about the security of your data, and therefore changing the email address indicated on the card is possible with a face-to-face visit to the clinic, when we can definitely confirm that the analyzes will come just for you.
