Annual Maintenance Programs – “Optimal”
Annual service plans include all the critical medical consultations and examinations, including dental care, needed to maintain your health and quality of life.
The K+31 clinic employs professionals who are proficient in all modern techniques and European treatment protocols. We use only the best innovative equipment and practice a personalized approach to each patient.
The "Optimum" program offers a personalized physician-supervisor, providing a full range of outpatient and dental care for the entire year without the need to schedule individual visits or pay for each appointment according to the price list.
When joining the program, the patient is assigned a physician-supervisor (general practitioner/physician), who conducts the initial visit, creates a personalized "Health Plan," and oversees treatment throughout the program. At the end of the year, the physician-supervisor prepares a medical report.
- Appointments and consultations with specialist doctors, laboratory and instrumental diagnostics
- Treatment and diagnostic procedures, restorative care
- Dental care: treatment of caries, pulpitis, periodontitis, oral hygiene
- Home visits in case of acute conditions or exacerbation of a chronic disease if the patient is unable to visit the clinic
- Issuing sick leave certificates, prescriptions, referrals, and discharge summaries
- A personal customer service manager supports the patient throughout the program.
The program is designed for adult patients (18+), and the service period is 1 year.
