How E-Max veneers are made

- Ceramic pressing. The lithium disilicate ceramic block is sent to a special furnace. There it is heated to high temperatures and under pressure takes the form of a wax blank
After pressing, the ceramic veneer is processed manually. To give a natural shine, glaze is applied to the overlay. This layer makes the surface of the denture as close as possible to natural tooth enamel.
