Preparing your child for camp: we will issue a 079/u certificate in one visit!

Certificate 079/u is the most requested document of the summer. We will tell you what is required from you and how we will organize the process.

What you will need:

• results of medical examination (health group)
• vaccination card
• stool test for helminth eggs
• scraping for enterobiasis
• face-to-face examination by a pediatrician

If everything is already in hand, we will issue a certificate in 1 hour on the day of application. If there is no medical examination, the child can see all the specialists at our place.

Cost:

• pediatrician appointment with a certificate — from 7,035 ₽
• certificate of no contact with infectious diseases — from 2,300 ₽ (issued 3 days before departure). You can get it from us or at the local clinic.
